কোনো কিছু প্রেজেন্টেশনের জন্য আমরা সাধারনত এমএস পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট ব্যবহার করি ।। পাওয়ার পয়েন্টের রয়েছে অনেক সুযোগ সুবিধা ।যেমন- প্রতি পেজ পাল্টানোর সময় অ্যানিমেশন দেয়া যায় , মিউজিক দেয়া যায় ফাইলে । ইত্যাদি কাজগুলা যদি পিডিএফে দেওয়া যেত তাহলে কেমন হয় ?
হ্যা আজকে তাই দেখাবো আপনাদের । ‘পিডিএফরিজাটর’ সফটওয়্যার দ্বারা আপনি পিডিএফ ফাইল মনের মত করে এডিট করতে পারবেন । প্রথমে সফটটির ফিচারগুলো দেখে নিন :

অ্যানিমেশন যুক্ত পিডিএফ বানানোর জন্য সফটওয়্যারটি চালু করে ইচ্ছামতো ছবি বা পিডিএফ ফাইল খুলুন। এরপরে ডান পাশে Document ট্যাবে গিয়ে Presentation Mode-এর ড্রপ-ডাউন থেকে Yes করুন। এখন আপনি পিডিএফ ফাইলটি চলার সময় মনের মত যেকোনো মিউজিক শুনতে চাইলে Background Music-এ মিউজিক আনতে পারেন। এখন আপনি বিভিন্ন পেজে অ্যানিমেশন দিতে পেজটি নির্বাচন করে Page ট্যাব থেকে Transition effect-এ পছন্দের ইফেক্টস দিন। এইভাবে প্রতিটি পেজে ইচ্ছেমত কিংবা আলাদা আলদা সব পেজ নির্বাচন করে পছন্দের ইফেক্টস দিতে পারেন। সবশেষে Convert to PDF অপশনে ক্লিক করে পিডিএফ ফাইল তৈরি করুন।
